At Kankshi, we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition.
Please note that:

All our products (including candles, perfumes, and solid perfumes) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to the nature of the items (personal care & fragrance products).

In case of claims regarding damage or wrong product delivery, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the unopened package, the process of opening it, and the product inside. Without this proof, we will not be able to accept any damage claims.

Returns will only be accepted in the rare case of: Product received in a damaged condition, or Wrong product delivered.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting pictures and the unboxing video, and our team will assist with a resolution.
