We ship our candles using standard shipping methods, such as India Post or courier services, depending on the destination and the weight of the package.

Shipping Time:

We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. For domestic orders within India, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.

Shipping Charges:

We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 499. For orders below INR 499, a shipping charge will be calculated on the checkout.

Tracking Your Order:

We provide a tracking number for each order, which can be used to track the status of the package on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently only ship within India and do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Issues:

If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping:

At this time, we do not offer international shipping on our Shopify India store.
